Proposed agenda items
The following is an initial list of proposed agenda items for the upcoming HOA meeting on Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at 7 p.m. at the Denton American Legion. Contact a board member to add additional items for consideration.
1-usual stuff–treasurer report election of officers etc –what we always do
2-trails update and annual funding request–approximately $3500 -tjs
3-sewer and outlot update-tjs
4-update on HOA growth and construction
5-update on street signage requested-tjs
6-update on pond and tube and request for engineering consult funds for tube replacement
7-Discussion of dying tree removal-tjs
8-Presentation of costs for floating docks and request for funds for that-Armstrong
9-Maintenance work credits for specific items-I proposed a credit of x dollars off your next
years dues by completing specific tasks around the area—for example $200 credit for
the trees around the east sewer lagoon–many possibilities for this. The board would
decide the projects and amounts.
10-update on easement for Fraziers lot for trail
11-Any changes to the covenants-building size etc–would like specifics prior to meeting
