Full year annual dues are to be paid at the beginning of each year. Additional 14% interest charged if not paid by the first of April each year.

Property Lien Notice: Beginning in April 2018, any HOA member property in which the HOA dues are more that two (2) years past due, will be subject to having a lien filed on that property until the dues plus interest are paid in full.
